Shipping policy

1. Processing & Production Time

We don't keep shelves of pre-made inventory. Every order is freshly printed and crafted just for you.

  • Standard Processing Time: It typically takes 2 to 5 business days to print, quality-check, and package your items.

  • Peak Seasons: During high-volume holiday seasons, production may take up to 7 business days.

Note: Processing time is completely separate from transit/shipping time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times begin after the processing window is complete.

United States: 3 to 7 business days.

Rest of the World: 10 to 20 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier bottlenecks, inclement weather, or customs clearance.

3. Order Tracking

The moment your order leaves the printing facility, you will receive an automated email notification containing a tracking number.

  • Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update and become active.

  • If you use the Shop App, your tracking details will sync automatically for easy mobile viewing.

  • Multiple Packages: If your order contains different types of products (e.g., a mug and a t-shirt), they may be fulfilled by different specialized printing facilities. If this happens, your items will arrive in separate packages, and you will receive a tracking number for each one.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Shadow Print is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or local taxes applied to your international shipment. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

5. Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses

Our automated fulfillment system moves quickly to get your orders into production. Therefore, we have a very narrow window to modify order details.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at linkagevyt1@gmail.com. If your order has already entered the production line or has been shipped, we cannot change the destination. Shadow Print is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Lost Packages

We want your prints to arrive looking sharp.

  • Damaged or Misprinted Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us your order number alongside a clear photo of the issue, and we will issue a free replacement.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is stuck in transit and has not updated for over 14 business days, please reach out to us.

  • Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are subsequently missing or stolen from your property.
